As I wanted to resolve my issue (i.e receive a refund) before I went on holiday, I clearly did not allow enough time for a response from Bit Straps. However, I received an explanation soon after and the cost of the watch strap was credited to my account without delay. Thank you.

Surprisingly good quality for what is a relatively cheap product. Extremely durable but also very comfortable, and the service is always extremely fast. Second time buying this product now and been very happy each time. High recommend.
Delighted with this watch strap.It was easy to fit when I realised that I needed to transfer the rods from my previous strap to the new strap.
